Account Executive

Location: Bandar Seri Begawan

Responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, including billing, invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.

Supports audit and tax preparations, manages purchase orders and vendor payments, and ensures accurate financial records and reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum Higher National Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.

Possess a recognized professional accountancy bodies – ACCA / Audits would be an advantage.

Minimum of five (5) years working experience in Accounts, Finance or any related roles & experience.

Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping procedures.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.

An effective communicator with strong oral and written skills in English, excellent leadership ability, and people management.

Must be able to work independently, proactive, meticulous and meet reporting deadlines.

Ability to speak and understand Mandarin is an advantage.
