On 23rd – 24th April 2019, three members of ASDS managerial staff attended a Mentoring Workshop at Anggerek Desa Berakas. The two-day workshop is meant to develop mentoring skills in staff of managerial or senior positions in the company to allow them to develop and build younger and newer staff within the company.
